Rules that apply to every asset
- No income guarantees, ever. Dollar figures appear only as market examples or as Rone's own results, always with "what you make depends on you and the work."
- The identity is AI Architect. Never "consultant," never "agency owner."
- No em dashes. Periods or commas.
- Product and community names mirror the sales language exactly. A name mismatch between what was sold and what they log into is a documented refund driver.
Voice source: the AI Architect Elite Closer's Playbook. Same voice as the call, not a marketing voice.
Length guides: SMS under 160 characters wherever possible, one idea and one action. Emails short by default; the only long ones are the welcome and the day-30 review.
Merge fields available: {{contact.first_name}}, {{appointment.start_time}}, {{contact.elite_price_paid}}, {{contact.elite_plan_type}}. Anything else needs to be added as a custom field first.
Prefix is the workflow (S02, HT01). E = email, S = SMS, V = video script, C = call script, T = template, F = form, N = internal notification. Numbering runs in send order. Use the ID as the ClickUp task name so the builder can wire copy to the right step without asking.
Phase 1 P1
26 assets · launch-blockingNothing goes live without these. The pipeline can be built with placeholder copy, but it cannot take a real buyer until this set is written.
S02 · Show-Up Machine 8
| ID | Type | Sends | Job of this message |
|---|---|---|---|
| S02-E1 | Instantly on booking | Confirm the call and make it feel real. Calendar file, what to have ready, link to the Rone expectation video. Set the frame that this is a working conversation, not a pitch. | |
| S02-V1 | Video | Embedded in S02-E1 | Script for Rone, 60-90 seconds. Who he is, what the call will cover, what to bring. Indoctrination that doubles as show-up fuel. See §05. |
| S02-S1 | SMS | Instantly on booking | "Reply C to confirm your spot." Short, human, opens the reply channel with the closer. |
| S02-E2 | 48h before | Re-sell the outcome of attending. Not logistics, motivation. Why this call is worth protecting the time for. | |
| S02-E3 | 24h before | Logistics plus one proof point. Time, link, what happens on the call. | |
| S02-S2 | SMS | 24h before | Short nudge with the time. Invite a reply if they need to move it, which beats a silent no-show. |
| S02-S3 | SMS | 4h before | Same-day reminder. One line. |
| S02-S4 | SMS | 1h before | The Zoom link itself, so it is the most recent message on their phone when the call starts. |
S02b / S02c · Morning-of confirmation 2
| ID | Type | Sends | Job of this message |
|---|---|---|---|
| S02b-S1 | SMS | 9:00am on the day of the call | Name the appointment time and ask for a YES reply. The reply is the point: it converts a passive reminder into a live confirmation and produces the no-show risk list. Working draft: "Morning {{contact.first_name}}, you're booked in with us today at {{appointment.start_time}}. Reply YES to confirm your slot and step into becoming an AI Architect." |
| S02c-N1 | Internal | On a YES reply | Internal alert to the closer. Name, call time, confirmed. Not customer-facing, but it needs to be scannable at a glance. |
S03 · No-Show Recovery 5
| ID | Type | Sends | Job of this message |
|---|---|---|---|
| S03-S1 | SMS | 15 minutes after the missed slot | No guilt. "We held your spot, grab a new time" plus the rebook link. Speed is the whole play here. |
| S03-E1 | Same day | Assume life happened. Restate what they will get from the call and make rebooking one click. | |
| S03-S2 | SMS | Day 1 | One line, direct question. "Still want the spot?" |
| S03-E2 | Day 3 | Value-forward. A reason to come back that is not just "you missed your call." | |
| S03-E3 | Day 7, final | Clean close of the loop. Door stays open, no pressure, one last link. They move to long-term nurture after this. |
HT01 · Contract Send + Chase 6
This set protects money already collected. Tone stays warm and administrative, never anxious: they have already bought.
| ID | Type | Sends | Job of this message |
|---|---|---|---|
| HT01-E1 | Immediately, carries the agreement | Welcome the decision, tell them the agreement is attached and takes about two minutes, and say plainly that access opens once it is signed. Recommend a laptop over a phone. | |
| HT01-S1 | SMS | Immediately | "Your agreement just landed in your email." Short, so it is unmissable. |
| HT01-E2 | +3 hours if unsigned | Light nudge. Re-send the link, remove any friction, offer help if something is not working. | |
| HT01-S2 | SMS | +24 hours if unsigned | Direct and personal. This is the one most likely to actually get it signed. |
| HT01-E3 | +24 hours if unsigned | Name the thing they are waiting on: their build starts once this is done. Urgency from momentum, not threat. | |
| HT01-E4 | +72 hours if unsigned | Final written nudge before the kickoff call becomes the backstop. Warm, and clear that Rone will bring it up on the call. |
HT02 · Welcome & Access 3
| ID | Type | Sends | Job of this message |
|---|---|---|---|
| HT02-E1 | Within the hour of signing | The most important asset in the set. Must contain: the Skool invite link, what happens in the next 24 hours, a simple 30-day roadmap so day one is not a content dump, one unannounced bonus revealed here for the first time, and a line naming how the charge appears on their statement. This email is what kills buyer's remorse in the first 72 hours. | |
| HT02-S1 | SMS | Within the hour | Short, from Rone, personal. Welcome plus a pointer to the email. |
| HT02-F1 | Form | Linked in HT02-E1 | Intake questions for kickoff prep: where they are now, what business or niche they want to serve, current tools, what a win looks like in 30 days. Keep it to five questions or it does not get filled in. |
HT03 · Onboarding Booking Guard 2
| ID | Type | Sends | Job of this message |
|---|---|---|---|
| HT03-E1 | On signature, if no kickoff was booked on the call | Book your kickoff with Rone. Frame it as claiming their build slot, not scheduling admin. | |
| HT03-S1 | SMS | +24h if still unbooked | One line with the calendar link. |
Phase 2 P2
17 assets · setter and dunningS01 · No-Book Ladder 12
Each rung is call plus SMS plus email on the same day. The call scripts are for the setter working the Manual Actions queue, so write them as talk tracks with an opener, a reason for the call, and one ask.
| ID | Type | Sends | Job of this message |
|---|---|---|---|
| S01-E1 | Immediately after applying, unbooked | You applied, here is the next step. Booking link front and centre. | |
| S01-S1 | SMS | Immediately | Short, personal, booking link. |
| S01-C1 | Call | Day 0 dial | First-touch talk track. Reference the application, qualify lightly, book the call on the phone. |
| S01-E2 | Day 3 | New angle, not a repeat. What an AI Architect actually does, one concrete example. | |
| S01-S2 | SMS | Day 3 | Double-text pattern. Direct question that is easy to answer. |
| S01-C2 | Call | Day 3 dial | Second-touch talk track. Assume they got busy, make booking effortless. |
| S01-E3 | Day 7 | Proof-led. Rone's own result, framed with the compliance caveat. | |
| S01-S3 | SMS | Day 7 | Direct, slightly more pointed. Are you still in? |
| S01-C3 | Call | Day 7 dial | Third-touch talk track. Surface the real objection rather than chasing a booking. |
| S01-E4 | Day 30 | Re-open the conversation cold. Timing may have changed. | |
| S01-S4 | SMS | Day 30 | Last active touch before long-term nurture. |
| S01-C4 | Call | Day 30 dial | Final talk track. Book, or get a clean no so the record is accurate. |
HT05 · Dunning 5
In-house 2-pay and 3-pay buyers only. Externally financed buyers never receive these. Tone: they are a client, not a debtor. Every message carries the card-update link.
| ID | Type | Sends | Job of this message |
|---|---|---|---|
| HT05-E1 | Day 0, payment failed | Assume a card problem, not a decision. One-click update link, zero shame. | |
| HT05-E2 | Day 3 | Friendly follow-up. Offer to help if something changed. | |
| HT05-E3 | Day 7 | Name what is at stake: access pauses if this is not resolved. Still warm, now specific. | |
| HT05-S1 | SMS | Day 7 | Short, direct, link. |
| HT05-E4 | Day 10, suspension notice | Access paused, exactly how to restore it, and that restoring is instant on payment. |
Phase 3 P3
25 assets · ramp, deciding, reactivationS04 · Deciding Follow-Up 6
For people who took the call and have not bought. Price objections are belief objections, so these sell the belief, not the discount.
| ID | Type | Sends | Job of this message |
|---|---|---|---|
| S04-T1 | Template | Closer sends manually, same day | Personal recap template. Their words back to them, what was agreed, the next meeting time. Fill-in-the-blanks, not a broadcast. |
| S04-E1 | Day 1 | Value. One useful thing that stands on its own, independent of buying. | |
| S04-S1 | SMS | Day 2 | Open question that invites the real objection. |
| S04-E2 | Day 3 | Belief-first objection handling. Pick the most common one and dismantle it with a story. | |
| S04-E3 | Day 7 | Door closing. The cost of another year in the same spot, framed without hype. | |
| S04-E4 | Day 14 | Clean file-closing note. Leaves the relationship intact for reactivation later. |
S05 · NQL Pre-Call Nurture 4
Only for leads graded NQL: they need financing or scored under 8 on readiness. The job is to raise readiness before the call so the closer closes instead of educating.
| ID | Type | Sends | Job of this message |
|---|---|---|---|
| S05-V1 | Video | Watched before the call | Script for Rone. The pre-call video. See §05 for the full brief. |
| S05-E1 | On booking, NQL only | Frame the video as a requirement, not a resource. "Watch this before we talk so we can skip the basics and get to your build." | |
| S05-S1 | SMS | 24h before, if unwatched | Nudge to watch. The click is the qualification signal. |
| S05-S2 | SMS | After the video | One qualifying question. The reply routes to the closer and gives them a read before the call. |
HT04 · 30-Day Ramp 12
Members, not prospects. Every message points at one action. The arc: quick win inside 48 hours, then consumption checkpoints, then wins and testimonials.
| ID | Type | Sends | Job of this message |
|---|---|---|---|
| HT04-E1 | Day 0, after kickoff | Recap the kickoff and assign the quick win: deploy the first snapshot agent within 48 hours. This single action predicts retention more than anything else in the sequence. | |
| HT04-S1 | SMS | Day 2 | "Did your first agent take a test call yet?" Replies create an ops task. |
| HT04-E2 | Day 3 | Celebrate the first win and push them to post it in the community wins space. | |
| HT04-E3 | Day 5 | Build-With-You call prep. Bring your agent, Rone builds live with you. | |
| HT04-E4 | Day 7 | Check-in, paired with a personal text from Rone. Where are you stuck. | |
| HT04-E5 | Day 10 | Outreach activation. Scripts in hand, first ten local businesses. Engine two begins. | |
| HT04-E6 | Day 14 | Consumption checkpoint. Re-entry point for anyone who has drifted, written without guilt. | |
| HT04-E7 | Day 18 | Proof. Rone's Ohio client story as his own result, with the compliance caveat. | |
| HT04-E8 | Day 21 | Momentum plus the VIP Day tease. Date and venue stay "announced inside." | |
| HT04-E9 | Day 25, if a win is tagged | Micro-testimonial ask while the win is fresh. Two questions, not a form. | |
| HT04-S2 | SMS | Day 28 | Nudge toward the day-30 review. |
| HT04-E10 | Day 30 | Thirty-day review: wins collected, roadmap versus reality, the plan for the next thirty. Longest email in the set and worth the length. |
Reactivation 3
| ID | Type | Sends | Job of this message |
|---|---|---|---|
| RE-E1 | Monthly, long-term nurture | What changed this month. New tools, new results, reasons the window is still open. | |
| RE-E2 | Monthly | Story-led. A member who started where they are. | |
| RE-E3 | Monthly | Direct re-offer with a booking link. Assumes nothing about the earlier conversation. |
The two video scripts
Both are written for Rone to film. Written like he talks, not like a script being read.
S02-V1 · Expectation video P1
60 to 90 seconds, embedded in the booking confirmation email. Job: make them show up.
- Who Rone is and that he actually installs these systems for real businesses right now.
- What the call is: a working conversation about their situation, not a presentation.
- What to have ready, and what they will leave with whether or not they join.
- One line that makes missing it feel like a loss.
S05-V1 · Pre-call video P3
Longer, for NQL leads only, watched before the call. Job: raise readiness and pre-handle the objections that otherwise eat the call.
- What an AI Architect actually is, in plain terms, and the problem they solve for small businesses.
- Walk the program at a level of detail the sales page does not reach, so the call is not spent explaining.
- Pre-handle the common objections directly: whether it works for a beginner, whether the market is saturated, whether it is another guru course, and time commitment.
- Address money honestly without pitching. The financing question is what put most of these leads in this sequence.
- Close with what to bring to the call and what has to be true for it to be a fit. Qualifying, not selling.
NQL leads take the same call time and convert lower. This video moves the education out of the call so the closer spends it closing, and the click-through doubles as a readiness signal before anyone picks up the phone.
